Our event space is a modern and versatile venue that can host a variety of events such as weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
Our event space includes state-of-the-art lighting, a bar, and a spacious dance floor. We also have a fire pit off of the barn as well as a pond at the center of the property.
Yes, we allow outside catering at our event space with a fee to utilize the kitchen. However, we also offer catering services through our preferred vendors.
We welcome all types of events at The Ivy on the Plains.

Yes, we currently have two options within the barn and two outdoor options. Perry’s gazebo is available to rent today. Minnie’s garden will be available in the Fall.

All clients and caterers will have 3 hours before the event start time to set up. If the barn is not used immediately before your event, you may be able to come 2-3 days in advance to set up. This is strictly on a case-by-case basis and it is not guaranteed. Please consult with the representative to discuss these options.
Yes! all caterers must provide proof of a catering business license and general liability insurance in order to cater the event. All outside caterers must abide by the Ivy on the Plains regulations and meet the necessary guidelines in order to cater the event. However, we have several preferred vendors that we partner with to offer the option of an all-inclusive package for a stress free event.
The Ivy on the Plains does not sell or supply alcoholic beverages. If you would like to serve alcoholic beverages at your event, you must cater in alcohol through a caterer with an alcohol license. The Ivy on the Plains must obtain a copy of the alcohol license and general liability insurance at least 30 days prior to the event. A licensed bartender must serve the alcohol at the event. Please note, the licensed beverage caterer is only required for events serving alcohol. If you are only providing non-alcoholic beverages, you may provide your own. The Ivy on the Plains has preferred caterers for both catering and alcoholic beverages.
We have preferred vendors to assist with your bartending needs. Bartenders must also be covered under general liability insurance as the caterers are required.
Alcohol can only be sold during a fundraiser event organized by a non-profit organization.
